Site Description and Birding Information: This old roadbed, now unmaintained, was once part of the Rideau Trail. It heads off through mixed forest to cross other trails (including the Rideau Trail in 3.7km) and eventually goes straight through to Paauw Road in 9.6 km. The central portion of this track (5 to 6 km) may be very wet. On the west side of Dwyer Hill Road, the trail reaches a gravel pit in 0.4 km.
