Site Description and Birding Information: Jennings Road can be driven, some days, for its entire length between Spruit and Armstrong Roads. A 4-wheel drive, high clearance, vehicle would be good; but walking is even better. It runs alongside farmland, scrub and some patches of woodland.

South Gower / Mountain Loop Directions: If you have driven the 4.0 km of Jennings Road northwest of Spruit Road, you have now reached the T-junction at Armstrong Road. Turn left or southwest and go 0.8 km to the end of the gravel portion of Armstrong. If you declined or were unable to get through Jennings, probably the wisest course of action, return to Spruit Road from wherever you are on Jennings. Turn left or northeast on Spruit and drive 2.7 km to Highway 31. Turn left or northwest on it and go 4.0 km to Armstrong Road. Turn left or southwest on Armstrong and proceed 3.5 km to the end of the gravel portion of Armstrong. This is the access to the next site on this route, the West End of Armstrong Road.
