So the first thing you will need is Adobe Reader, free software everyone probably has on their systems anyway. When you open the PDF file, you will notice it is set up for printing, rather than screen viewing. You can, of course, use it that way, but the pages will not be in order. It is meant to be printed. Once printed, the pages will be in order and they can be folded to create an 8.5 by 5.5 inch booklet checklist, suitable for carrying around with you. To make it work right, you must set the print parameters to portrait, double-sided, print on both sides and flip on short edge. As every print system is different, I wish you luck. I was able to make it work on only my second try!
